TRANSPARENCY & PRIVACY
Privacy notice
Information about this development preview.
Project enquiries
When you use the enquiry form, your name, company, email, optional contact and technical project details, and message are stored privately in the WordPress system to handle your request. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential material through this preview.
Local preferences and statistics
Your statistics and motion preferences are stored locally in your browser. Optional statistics are enabled only after consent and count the date, page type and number of views. No identifiers, IP addresses or browser profiles are stored in these statistics. You can change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting service may process technical access logs needed to operate and secure the website. Form abuse protection temporarily uses a hashed IP-derived value, which expires after one hour. Fonts and images are served locally. No third-party maps load by default, and no advertising or third-party chat trackers are loaded automatically. Address search and maps are optional; their data flows are explained below.
Before the public launch
The final controller details, processing grounds, retention periods, processor arrangements and information about individual rights will be completed before the official launch using confirmed company and hosting details. For questions about this preview, call +49 89 248892040.
Optional address search and map
When you press Find address, the entered search text is sent through this website to Photon (komoot) to find matching locations. Search results may be cached on our server for one hour. Selecting a match loads an OpenStreetMap map; your browser then shares its IP address and the selected map location with OpenStreetMap. No map loads before you select a result. You can enter an address manually without using these services. The selected address and coordinates are included in your enquiry if you submit the form. See the komoot privacy policy and OpenStreetMap privacy policy.
Project Assistant draft
The guided Project Assistant keeps your project choices and technical details in session storage in your browser tab, so you can review them and move to the contact form. The guided configurator does not send this draft to an AI service automatically. Enquiries are submitted when you send the contact form. Optional AI and live chat actions are described below. You can clear the draft in the assistant; it is also cleared after a successful enquiry submission. Closing the tab normally ends its session storage.
Optional AI guidance
When you choose “Ask AI” and acknowledge the processing notice, your question is sent through our server to OpenAI to generate an answer. Your project brief is included only if you select that option. Do not include confidential information or sensitive personal data. AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect and are not technical approval. Our API requests use store: false; OpenAI may retain data under its applicable abuse-monitoring policies. We do not save AI questions or answers in the website database. Hashed network identifiers and request counts are used to limit abuse and usage.
Optional live chat
If you choose to open live chat, the tawk.to service is loaded and receives technical connection data, including your IP address, and the project brief you choose to share. The full brief is attached to the visitor chat history as a project brief event. A short introduction is placed in the chat input for you to review and send. Chat messages and any contact details you provide are processed by tawk.to so the team can respond. The external chat service is not loaded automatically by the Project Assistant. See tawk.to’s privacy policy and OpenAI’s privacy policy.
Optional location pin
Pressing the location pin asks your browser for permission to use your current location. You can decline and select a site manually on the map. Opening the map loads OpenStreetMap tiles, sharing your IP address and the viewed map area with its tile service. Dragging the pin or selecting a map point updates the project coordinates. Coordinates selected in the configurator stay in the tab’s draft and are included in the reviewed project brief; they are shared with the enquiry form, AI service or live chat only through the corresponding action you choose. Location is not tracked continuously.
