02What data is collected

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number or email, interest, message and optional preferences. It includes the source page, language, selected apartment and plan, visit campaign parameters and submission time. A phone number or email is required for a response; preferences are optional.

These forms do not request identity documents, banking details, health data or other sensitive categories. Information entered in the careers form is used in your browser to prepare an email; attach your CV in your email app.

03Purpose of processing

Data is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a conversation or viewing and follow up the commercial relationship. The form asks for your agreement to record the enquiry. Purchase enquiries may also involve pre-contractual steps at your request. Technical records support service operation and security.

The website does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or add enquiries to marketing campaigns.

04Where your data goes

Commercial enquiries are temporarily saved on the server and sent to the TMC Google Sheets register. The register is configured to be viewable by people who have its link; editing is restricted to authorised accounts. This visibility is also stated before form submission. Do not include sensitive information in your message.

Google provides the Sheets service. If you continue through WhatsApp or email, the message and included information are transmitted through your chosen service under its own terms and policies. The direct WhatsApp button does not automatically record an enquiry in Sheets. Applications sent by email go to TMC’s correspondence, not the link-accessible enquiry register.

05Retention and updates

After Sheets confirms import, the temporary server copy containing contact details is removed. Register entries and correspondence are managed by TMC to handle the request and subsequent relationship. You can ask about the applicable retention period, correction or deletion at contact@tmcpark.ro. Information required for legal obligations or legal claims may be retained as applicable.

06Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to contact@tmcpark.ro. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.

07Cookies and external content

This presentation does not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. Campaign parameters may be temporarily stored in sessionStorage for enquiry attribution, without storing contact details in browser storage. The server may record technical data required for operation and security.

YouTube videos load only after you choose to play them. Visits to WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, Waze or other external services are subject to their policies.
