01About this website

The goask.online/tmc website presents the TMC Binelui Park property development. The developer is S.C. TMC VISION BUILDING S.R.L., registered at Strada Mirăslău 5, building T5-5, entrance 1, floor 6, apartment M10, Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov, Romania. 02Using the information

The site provides information about homes, retail and office spaces, amenities, payment options and construction stages. Presentations, renderings, plans and prices are informational. Availability, floor areas, specifications, dates and final terms must be confirmed with TMC and in the contractual documents.

Submitting a form or message does not constitute a reservation, sale contract or financing approval. Construction archives and historical news are dated; they do not confirm the current status of construction or public projects mentioned.

03Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, renderings, illustrations, floor plans, visual identity and other materials are protected by their respective rights holders. Personal viewing does not transfer intellectual property rights. For reuse, republication or commercial use, request the rights holder’s permission, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

04Enquiries and correspondence

Information submitted through enquiry forms is used to respond and follow up the conversation. Commercial enquiry forms record the request in TMC’s register, then allow continuation by email or WhatsApp. The direct WhatsApp button opens the app with a prepared message without automatically recording it in the register. Messages are sent only after your action in that app.

The careers page lets you prepare an email to TMC. Attach your CV in your email app; the website does not upload or store CVs.

05Personal data

Details of the data collected, recipients, enquiry register and your rights are set out in the Privacy policy. Do not include sensitive information or copies of identity documents in enquiry forms.

06Security and external services

Use an up-to-date browser and appropriate device security. Access may be temporarily affected by maintenance or technical issues. External services, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps, Waze and authority websites, have their own terms and policies. TMC does not control their availability or content.
